On Tuesday, 05th of September 2023, the 2nd Consultation Workshop with involved bodies was held, as part of the preparation of a Study for the Establishment of a Waste Management Coordinating Body between Central Government and Local Authorities.
During the consultation, representatives of the Department of Environment presented the vision for the Coordinating Body. Afterward, representatives of Ideopsis presented the findings of the study so far, which will be used to develop a comprehensive proposal for the creation of the Waste Management Coordinating Body.
Following the presentation of the main findings of the project, a constructive discussion ensued with the attendees, about the new entity’s establishment and operation.
