What is the LIFE Programme

The LIFE Programme is the EU’s funding instrument for the environment and climate action. The general objective of LIFE is to contribute to the implementation, updating and development of EU environmental and climate policy and legislation by co-financing projects with European added value.

What is LIFE-IP CYzero WASTE

LIFE-IP CYzero WASTE is an Integrated LIFE project that aims to address and implement EU and national legislation on waste management and circular economy. This will be achieved through the full implementation of the National Waste Management Plan and the National Waste Prevention Strategy, while addressing main gaps identified in the Environmental Implementation Review for Cyprus (2019) and the Early Warning Report for Cyprus (2018).
