On Monday, November 21st 2022, the Department of the Environment hold an information and awareness day for businesses and the public entitled “Roll with us in the circle…”, in the context of the circular economy and rational waste management.

During this Info Day, actions related to the circular economy, the circularity of textile products, the reduction of food waste, zero-waste cities, as well as related good practices were presented.

In particular, the policies of Cyprus and actions of the competing co-financed projects LIFE-IP CYzero WASTE and LIFE Food Print, related to the prevention and management of waste in the context of the circular economy, as well as actions and good practices implemented by various organizations and businesses were presented.
